TDG Impact Global was founded by two women who built their careers at the heart of the institutions that shape lives around the world — national governments, United Nations agencies, multilateral organizations, and international bodies. We know these systems from the inside. We have worked within them, contributed to them, and grown through them.
It was that depth of experience that showed us exactly where we could do something more.
After years of working across humanitarian response, crisis governance, public health, and sustainable development, we came to understand that meaningful impact often lies at the intersection of high-level strategy, operational delivery, and human reality. It lives in the space where policy is translated into action, where systems are made to work in practice, and where decisions taken at the top ultimately shape the daily lives of people and communities.
We created TDG Impact Global to work in that space; bringing together the rigor, global perspective, and standards of international work with the flexibility, closeness, and genuine human commitment that are often harder to sustain within large systems. We care not only about strategy, but also about implementation, how ideas are carried forward, how coordination happens, how services are delivered, and how change is felt on the ground.
